Dr. Asha Aggarwal is a distinguished expert in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and synthetic organic chemistry, with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D. Currently serving as Head of IPR at Morepen Laboratories since 2021, she leads global patent strategy, innovation protection, and IP management initiatives.

She also serves as Technical Advisor at Dr. Ashavins Lab, driving research innovation, and is associated as a Professor of Practice at Rayat Bahra University. Dr. Aggarwal holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR. Her career spans leadership roles at Ind-Swift Laboratories, Aurobindo Pharma, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals, where she contributed significantly to API development, patent filings, and strategic IP planning. Known for her deep expertise in FTO analysis, process innovation, and technology mapping, she continues to mentor and support academic and industry collaborations.

Dr. Ashvin Kumar Aggarwal is a pharmaceutical scientist with over 32 years of expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and API development. He is the Founder and Director of Dr. Ashavin’s Lab Services, specializing in process development, technology transfer, and regulatory support for global markets.

With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and certifications in ISO/IEC 17025 and GMP, Dr. Aggarwal has held senior R&D roles at Ind-Swift Labs, Aurobindo Pharma, and Nectar Lifesciences. He holds 34 patents and has published 10 research papers, with key contributions in developing cost-effective, non-infringing processes across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
